Welcome to Fire+Floe! By booking or participating in any sauna or cold plunge session, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any other policies we may post. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Booking and Payment
        •       All bookings must be made through our official website or authorized booking platform.
        •       Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
        •       We accept major credit cards and other electronic forms of payment.
        •       Prices are subject to change without notice but will not affect confirmed bookings.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
        •       Cancellations made 48 hours or more prior to your scheduled session will receive a full refund or credit.
        •       Cancellations made within 48 hours are non-refundable.
        •       No-shows are considered cancellations and will not be refunded or credited.
        •       In the rare case that Fire+Floe must cancel a session (e.g., due to weather, safety, or operational issues), you will receive a full refund or rescheduling option.

4. Safety and Conduct
        •       Participants must be at least 18 years old or accompanied by a parent/guardian.
        •       You must follow all safety instructions provided by Fire+Floe staff.
        •       Do not use the sauna or cold plunge if you are under the influence of alcohol or drugs, have certain medical conditions (e.g., cardiovascular issues, pregnancy), or if you are advised against it by a healthcare provider.
        •       We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who appears intoxicated, disrespectful, or poses a safety risk.
        •       Proper swimwear is required. No nudity allowed.

5. Liability Waiver and Assumption of Risk
        •       By participating in sauna and cold plunge activities, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks, including but not limited to dehydration, slips and falls, hypothermia, and exacerbation of existing health conditions.
        •       You voluntarily assume all risks associated with your participation.
        •       Fire+Floe is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property arising out of your use of our facilities or services.
        •       You agree to waive any and all claims against Fire+Floe, its owners, staff, and affiliates, and to release them from any liability to the maximum extent allowed by law.
        •       You are responsible for carrying your own health and accident insurance.
