• We are located at the CAMP in Lynwood Center
• 4565 Point White Drive NE

• Large water bottle (we offer water for refills).
• Large towel for drying off (we offer small towels for use in sauna).
• Beach footwear like Crocs, flip flops or water shoes (also available to borrow).
• Wear a swimsuit or a pair of shorts and workout bra for the sauna experience.
• We suggest a robe or swim/plunging jacket for the cold plunging experience (our Fire+Floe robe is available for purchase here).
• Many of our clients enjoy wearing a hat both in the sauna and for the cold plunge and some prefer wearing gloves in the water.

A typical CAMP sauna session looks like:

• 10-15min heat up in the sauna
• 1-2min transition (walk across street to beach)
• 1-5min cold plunge
• Repeat 2-3x (end on heat or end on cold, what feels best)

Self-guided flow, with sauna guides there to answer questions or give tips.

Email us at info@fire+floe.com to change or cancel your session. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you give us advanced notice so that we have time to fill your session slot:

• 3-day's notice: Full refund
• 48 hours - 3 day notice: Funds transferrable to another session
• < 48 hours notice: No refund

Join us rain or shine!  We love flowing with Mother Nature! Typical PNW rainy weather doesn’t stop us, and the cold temps just make the sauna feel that much better.  On occasion, extreme weather or tides will impact our schedule.  We will keep you posted on social media and email you directly if your class or session is rescheduled
